Marc A. Rasmussen is a fourth generation South Dakotan, born in Aberdeen. He graduated from the University of South Dakota with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He also holds graduate degrees in banking. Rasmussen currently resides in Seattle, Washington, with his family.
